  • 9 quart WATER, Cool
  • 8 3/4 lb Lowfat milk SHAKE MIX 1/2 GAL
  • 1 pkt BEV BASE PWD CHERRY

Directions

  1. DISSOLVE CHERRY FLAVORED BEVERAGE BASE IN Hot WATER. MIX 3 1/2 Quart RECONSTITUTED BEVERAGE BASE CONCENTRATE WITH VANILLA ICE Lowfat milk-Lowfat milk, DEHYDRATED. STIR IN Cool WATER. MIX THOROUGHLY.
  2. Refrigerate4 TO 24 Hrs TO 35 F. TO 40 F.
  3. STIR Till SMOOTH. POUR INTO TOP HOPPER OF Lowfat milk SHAKE MACHINE.
  4. FREEZER TO A TEMPERATURE OF 27 F. TO 30 F. RESERVE LEFTOVER 1 1/2 Quart RECONSTITUTED BEVERAGE BASE CONCENTRATE FOR NEXT BATCH.
