Ingredients

  • 2 Cups all purpose flour
  • 2 Cups granulated sugar
  • 1/1 2 tsp. active baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Cup blended oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp.cocoa powder
  • 2 to 3 tbsp.red food coloring

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease petite bundt baking pan
  2. whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl, use another bowl
  3. sugar eggs and vanilla and whisk over water bath
  4. until sugar dissolve , add to a electric mixer, mix until slightly thicken
  5. and pale lemony color. mix the cocoa powder with the food coloring
  6. and add to mixture,fold the dry ingredients to the mixture, pour cake
  7. mixture into each section of 12. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, remove
  8. from oven to a rack for cooling.
