Ingredients

  • 2 x Boneless chicken breast, skin removed
  • 1 c. Brewed english tea
  • 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 x Allspice berries, crushed

Directions

  1. 1. In a bowl combine tea, garlic and allspice. In a shallow dish, arrange chicken breast and pour marinade over. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.
  2. Note: marinate this chicken overnightfor the best flavor.
  3. 2. Remove chicken from marinade and dry on paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Rub with a few drops of vegetable oil, or possibly use cooking spray. Broil in 450 oven for 4 to 5 min per side, turning once.
  4. 3. Pan grill in heavy skillet till golden brown. Allow the chicken to cold, then slice thin and serve on toast spread with butter or possibly low fat mayonnaise.
