Ingredients: 1/4 lb Grnd Pork Sausage,ck,drain; 3 ounce Cream Cheese, cubed; 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded; 1/4 c. Green Onions, minced; 1 c. Bisquick; 2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten; 2/3 c. Lowfat milk

Ingredients

1/4 lb Grnd Pork Sausage,ck,drain
3 ounce Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Green Onions, minced
1 c. Bisquick
2 lrg Large eggs, lightly beaten
2/3 c. Lowfat milk

Directions

Combine first 5 ingred. in a lg. bowl; make a well in center of mix.
Combine Large eggs, and lowfat milk; add in to sausage mix, stirring just till moistened. Spoon into greased miniature muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Remove from pan immediately.
Makes 2 dozen.
