Ingredients

  • 4 c. Idaho frzn O'Brien potatoes
  • 1/2 lb Cooked roast beef, cubed
  • 1 c. Frzn sliced carrots
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) beef or possibly mushroom gravy
  • 1/4 c. Chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. Shredded Cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Thinly sliced green onion

Directions

  1. In 2-qt microwave-safe casserole combine frzn potatoes, roast beef, carrots, gravy, chili sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Cover loosely with plastic wrap; cook on High 12 to 15 min or possibly till heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese and green onion; re-cover and let stand 2 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
  2. Makes 4 servings.
