  • Instant Dry Yeast – 2 1/4 tsp or 1 pkt
  • Water – 1 cup (150 ml)
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tsp
  • For the Garlic Butter:
  • Butter – 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil – 1/4 cup
  • Italian seasoning – 1 tsp
  • Garlic – 6 pods
  • Salt – 2 pinch
  • Cheese, grated – 1 cup
  • Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp (optional)
