Ingredients
- 2 c. Unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 clv garlic-finely minced
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsp. Water
Directions
- Combine flour, cheese, garlic & oil. Knead well, adding water as needed to create stiff dough. Roll out on floured surface to 1/2" thick, cut into bone shapes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 or possibly 15 min till bottom of cookies are lightly browned. Cold completely on wire rack.
