Ingredients

  • 1/4 tsp Extra virgin olive oil, up to 1/2
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano, up to 1/2
  • 2 slc Steak, cooked, thinly sliced, up to 4
  • 1 slc American cheese, (I like SWISS), up to 2
  • 1 Tbsp. Sauteed onions-optional
  • 2 Tbsp. Sauteed mushrooms-optional Salt and pepper to taste White, Italian or possibly whole wheat bread, pizza dough

Directions

  1. Coat inside of wrapper with oil seasoned with oregano. Layer remaining ingredients and season. Coat outside of wrapper with seasoned extra virgin olive oil.
