Ingredients

1 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Minced pecans
2 c. Mayonnaise
1 x Onion, finely minced
1 x Clove garlic, pressed
1/2 tsp Tabasco
1 c. Strawberry jam

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly. Place in a greased ring mold.
Chill overnight. Unmold onto serving plate and place strawberry jam in the center. Serve with crackers.
Chill OVERNIGHT
