Directions

  1. To Begin: Make the crepes using the Basic Crepe recipe. Set aside crepes and keep warm.Soften the butter and fold in the grated cheese. Add in the cream, parsley and chives and mix thoroughly. Fill each crepe with some of the cheese filling. Fold over and place in a buttered shallow baking dish. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 20 min or possibly till thoroughly tested.
