  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, if you like
  • 1/4 tsp Basil leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano leaves, crushed
  • 10 ounce Can Hungry Jack refrigerated biscuits
  • 4 1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c. Green Bell Pepper, minced
  • 1/4 c. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl combine garlic pwdr, salt, basil and oregano; blend well. Set aside.
  2. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place 1 biscuit in center of ungreased cookie sheet. Arrange remaining biscuits in circle, edges slightly overlapping around center biscuit. Gently press out to 10 inch circle.
  3. Brush with extra virgin olive oil; top with peppers and cheese. Sprinkle with garlic pwdr mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly golden.
  4. To serve, pull apart. 10 servings.
