  1. Slice bread diagonally. Place on foil. Slice cheese and put in between slices of bread. In pan, heat butter, garlic salt, onions, poppy seeds and lemon juice. Pour over top of bread. Bake 350 degrees till cheese melts. (Leave tin foil open at top of bread.)
