- 125 gm Natural yogurt, (4oz)
- 1 x 125 gram ful fat soft cheese, (4oz)
- 2 x Salad onions, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Wholegrain mustard, up to 2
- 75 gm Cheddar cheese, grated (3oz)
Directions
- 1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Serve with vegetable crudites or possibly pitta bread.
- NOTES : A delicious cheese and mustard dip, serve with vegetable crudities or possibly pitta bread. Ideal for nibbles at parties.
