Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 x egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 3 x bacon rashers, minced
  • 2 med onions, finely minced
  • 1 c. SR flour
  • 1 tsp French mustard

Directions

  1. Combine lowfat milk & egg in large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop rounded tsps of mix on baking paper-lined over trays. Bake in warm oven about 20 mins.
  2. Makes about 40. Suitable to freeze.
