- 1 lb Cottage cheese (scant lb.)
- 3 x Egg yolks
- 1/2 c. Sugar Lemon flavoring
Directions
- Put cheese thru sieve and add in rest of ingredients and blend well. Prepare dough for Nut & Poppyseed Rolls (#164). Cut dough into squares and press into bottoms of cupcake tins. Fill each cake with a little cheese and fold over corners of dough toward the center of the cake Bake at 350 F. till brown.
