Ingredients
- 8 ounce Cream cheese,softened
- 8 ounce Lowfat sour cream
- 5 x Green onions,thinly sliced
- 4 med Tomatoes,minced
- 1 lrg Green pepper,minced
- 16 ounce Taco sauce
- 8 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb Sliced bacon,cooked and crumbled Tortilla or possibly taco chips
Directions
- In a bowl,beat cream cheese and lowfat sour cream.Spread in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 dish or possibly on a 12 " plate.Combine onions,tomatoes and green pepper;sprinkle over the cream cheese layer.Pour taco sauce over the vegies.Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.Chill.Just before serving,sprinkle with bacon.
