A very yummy no yeast bread that makes the perfect grilled cheese, Great paired with a hearty chili.
And it`s insanely easy. no rising,.

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour(run a fork through it before measuring)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour(run a fork through it before measuring)
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 16 ounces Irish Hard Cider Or normal Beer
  • 2 cups shredded Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (I used White)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450.
  2. Combine all ingredients.Mix well. Will be fairly thick. Pour into greased Bread pan
  3. Bake 45 minutes or til tooth pick comes out clean.
