  • 2 stk Butter
  • 6 med White potatoes, peeled Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely-minced parsley

Directions

  1. Cut the potatoes in half and cut each half into the shape of an olive. Blanch the potatoes.
  2. In a saute/fry pan, heat the butter. Saute/fry the potatoes in the melted butter for about 15 to 20 min, stirring occasionally, or possibly till the potatoes are golden brown and soft. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the parsley.
  3. This recipe yields 12 potatoes or possibly four 3-potato servings.
