Ingredients
- 2 can Artichoke hearts, (14-oz)
- 1 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice Garlic pwdr or possibly finely minced garlic to taste Paprika to sprinkle on top
Directions
- Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, onion, lemon juice, and garlicup Chop artichoke hearts into the mix. Stir well. Place mix in square glass baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees F. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature with crackers, cocktail breads, or possibly vegetable crudit'es (carrots, celery, mushrooms, cauliflower).
