Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 1/2 c. Minced sweet green pepper
  • 1/4 c. Oil
  • 2 can Chick peas -- 1 1/4 lbs Each
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 c. Fresh coriander or possibly parsley

Directions

  1. Saute/fry curry pwdr, garlic and green pepper is oil. Add in chick peas and salt, stir, and heat through. Simmer for 5 min, and serve sprinkled with coriander or possibly parsley.
  2. Serves 6
