Ingredients

  • 2 c. water
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. black tea leaf or possibly 1 tea, bag
  • 1 x cinnamon, stick
  • 3 whl cloves
  • 1/2 x inch fresh ginger
  • 3 x inch cardamom pod
  • 1 tsp anise, seeds or possibly 1/2 tsp grnd cardamom
  • 4 Tbsp. brown sugar

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients together in a pot.
  2. Bring to the boil, strain and serve - the longer you boil it, the stronger it tastes.
