Cenci Cookies - Italian Bow Ties Recipe

I can’t even begin to explain how addicting Cenci Cookies are! When you think of deep frying, you normally use a batter. Well in this case, it’s actually a dough which you roll out nice and thin, cut into strips, and deep fry! Dust them with confectioners’ sugar and you have one of the most delicious treats you can think up! Now if you’re going to be super authentic, there should be rum in the recipe, but I’m keeping it family friendly! Give it a go, and you will be seeing Double Rainbows.
