  • 6 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 4 ounce Cooked ham, minced Cauliflower, brokem into Florets
  • 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Whipping cream
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Pepper to taste Healthy pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. Shredded Swiss cheese (4-6 ounce.)
  • 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large skillet. Saute/fry garlic and ham for 2 min. Add in cauliflower and cook till crisp-tender. Combine flour and cream; stir into skillet and blend well. Add in salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 1 minute more. Pour into a 2 qt baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Place under a preheated broiler till lightly browned, about 2-4 min. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
  2. Yield: 6 servings.
