Ingredients

  • 3 c. Water
  • 2 med Potatoes, diced
  • 1 lrg Onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
  • 1/2 head sm. cabbage, minced
  • 2 lrg Tomatoes, minced Salt and pepper
  • 4 x Fresh boneless catfish fillets, halved Warm cooked rice

Directions

  1. Combine water, potatoes, onion, and garlic in large pot. Cook on high heat 15 min. Lower heat. Add in cabbage, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
  2. Cook 10 min. Add in catfish. Cook 15 min. Remove from heat. Serve over rice. 4 to 6 servings.
