Ingredients

  • 4 cups Grated Carrot
  • 3 cups Chickpea Flour (Senagapindi, Besan)
  • 1 cup Powdered Peanuts/Groundnuts (roasted or raw)
  • ½ cup Grated Coconut (fresh or dry)
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • A handful of Cilantro, chopped finely
  • A small piece of Ginger, skin peeled and chopped finely
  • Chopped Green Chilies or Chili Powder, as needed (I added 6 green chilies)
  • A pinch of Soda
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil to deep fry
