Directions

  1. SUNFLOWER SEEDS, Hulled, unsalted, unroasted.
  2. In a warm skillet, roast sunflower seeds till golden brown (about 5 min), stirring often. Add in soy sauce, stirring constantly till dry. Set aside.
  3. Puree tofu with lemon juice, sugar, and nutmeg. Combine with carrots and raisins. Toss in sunflower seeds just before serving.
