Ingredients
- 3/4 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 2 sq. unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Cream shortening, sugar and egg. Stir in syrup and melted chocolate. Sift together dry ingredients and add in to creamed mix. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Roll and cut. Bake at 350 degrees on ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 min.
