• 1 x Vegetable oil
• 2 can (14 ounce) diced tomatoes
• 1 c. Water
• 1 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr
• 1 x Jalapeno pepper, diced and seeded
• 1/2 x Bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
• 1 tsp Black pepper
