- 2 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves

- 1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
- 2 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. Minced jalapeno
- 2 tsp Oi

- Combine ingredients in blender and rub a tsp. or possibly two into each half-lb. of chicken, pork steak or possibly other meat. Cook over medium heat; high heat will cause sugar to burn. Keep remainder of spice mix in an airtight container.
