Ingredients
- 1/2 dozen large eggs
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon mustard, ordinary yellow kind
- 1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
- 2 T sweet pickle relish, well liquid removed
- 1/4 teaspoon sweet pickle relish juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- Healthy pinch celery seed
- Good dash black and red peppers
- Good dash of nutmeg
- Green olives stuffed with pimento
- Paprika
Directions
- Hard cook the large eggs. Remove shells and slice in half. Separate yolks from whites and mash till very creamy with no lumps. Then add in remaining ingredients except for olives and paprika. Stuff whites with yolk mix either by spoon or possibly a pastry bag. Garnish with green olive slices and paprika.
