• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 x egg (could sub 2 whites)
• 1/2 c. raisins
• 1 c. applesauce
• 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 c. nonfat lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
