  1. Preheat oven to 325F. Combine first 3 ingredients and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Blend lowfat sour cream, sugar, Large eggs, flour and both extracts till smooth. Add in cream cheese and 2 Tablespoons butter. Stir in crushed candy.
  2. Pour into crust and bake on lowest rack of oven for 50-60 min or possibly till hard. Allow to cold (top may crack) and chill overnight. Remove from pan and serve.
  3. Top with sweetened whip cream and garnish with candy cane if you like.
