Candy Cane Cheesecake Recipe

• 1 1/3 c. Chocolate Cookie Crumbs
• 2 Tbsp. Sugar
• 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
• 1 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. Sugar
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 Tbsp. Flour
• 2 tsp Vanilla
• 1/4 tsp Peppermint extract
• 3 x 8oz pkgs. of Cream Cheese
• 2 Tbsp. Butter
• 2/3 c. Crushed peppermint candy
