Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Bake pie crust for 5 to 7 min or possibly till very light golden. Remove from oven; let cold. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Cut candy bars in half lengthwise, then cut into 1/4-inch pcs. Place candy pcs over bottom of partly baked crust. In a bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese; beat till smooth. Add in Large eggs, one at a time. Add in lowfat sour cream and peanut butter, beating till smooth. Pour filling over candy bar pcs. Bake for 30 to 40 min or possibly till center is set. Let cold. When pie is cooled, heat heavy cream in a small saucepan till very hot. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Stir till chips are melted and mix is smooth. Spread over top of cooled pie. Chill for 2 to 3 hrs before serving. Store in refrigerator.
