THIS RECIPE I MADE AND EVERY ONE OF MY FRIENDS GET ON CHRISTMAS. THIS IT SOMETHING YOU CAN NOT STOP EATING. I GIVE THE BASIC RECIPE YOU CAN ADD WHAT FLAVOR YOU WANT. I MAKE THEM HOT,SWEET,RUM,WISKEY,AMARETTO,MANY KINDS OF SEASONINGS.

Ingredients

  • 2 CUPS OF SUGAR
  • 1/2 CUP WATER OR IF YOU USE AMARETTO OR LIQUID USE 1/4 ON BOTH
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 2 CUPS OR MORE TO OF PECANS YOU DON'T WANT IT TOO MUCH LIQUID
  • THE FLAVOR JUST ADD WHAT YOU THINK BUT DON'T GO TO WILD. PEPPER GOES A LONG WAY, I HAVE USED JUICE OF ORANGE, PINEAPPLE, APPLE,CHOCOLATE WITH AMARETTO LAST YEAR THEY WERE VERY GOOD.

Directions

  1. PUT SUGAR, WATER IN POT AND SALT. YOU HAVE TO STIR THIS ALL THE TIME ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL IT GETS TO A HARD BOIL OR IT LOOKS LIKE ITS ABOUT TO BURN. POUR INTO A 13" X 18" 1/2 TRAY. AS IT COOL RUN A WOOD SPOON THROUGH TO BREAK THEM UP IN TO PIECES.
