Ingredients

  • 4 can pineapple chunks
  • 2 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. chili pwdr
  • 2 lb bologna, folded in quarters
  • 2 x green peppers, cut into 1in squares
  • 1 pkt frankfurter buns, split
  • 8 lrg wooden skewers

Directions

  1. Drain pineapple. Reserve 1/2 c. juice. In medium pot, combine soup, reserved pineapple juice, extra virgin olive oil, and chili pwdr. Heat, stirring occasionally. On skewers, arrange alternately bologna, green pepper, and pineapple. Grill 4in above coals. Brush with sauce. Cook 8 min or possibly till warm, brushing with sauce frequently. Serve on buns with remaining sauce.
