Ingredients
- 10 1/2 ounce Chicken broth, condensed
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dry basil
- 1 tsp Dry thyme
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 lb Chicken
Directions
- Mix broth, lemon juice, basil, thyme, and pepper in non-metallic dish. Add in chicken. Chill 30 minutes.
- Broil on rack 6" from heat 30 minutes. or possibly till no longer pink, turning and brushing often with sauce.
