1 whl chopped Garlic cloves
6 x 4 oz boneless Pork Loin Chops
1/2 c. Orange juice
2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Lime juice
1 c. Chicken broth
1/2 tsp grnd Ginger
2 Tbsp. dark Rum

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag; seal bag and chill for 4-24 hrs. Remove chops from marinade; discarding leftover marinade. Grill chops quickly over indirect heat in covered grill about 10-12 min, turning once to brown both sides.
