Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cl garlic, mince
- 1 c. Onions, chop fine
- 1/4 c. Parsley, chop
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, chop
- 2 lb Squid, clean, slice
- 1/4 c. White wine
- 1/4 c. Clam juice
- 3 c. Marinara sauce
- 1 pch Oregano Salt and pepper Crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Heat oil and saute/fry garlic and onions till slightly brown. Add in basil, parsley, squid, wine, clam juice, marinara sauce, oregano, salt and peppers. Cook till squid is tender.
