Ingredients
- 1 x orange cake mix (if unavailable, substitute 1 white cake mix and add in 1 to 2 tsp orange flavoring, depending on your taste)
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 can (21 ounce.) peach pie filling
- 1 box (3 ounce.) instant vanilla pudding
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 can (20 ounce.) crushed pineapple
- 8 ounce container frzn whipped topping, thawed
Directions
- For the crust: Combine cake mix, lowfat sour cream, Large eggs and peach filling with fork, and pour into an 18 x 13 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 F. for approximately 20 to 30 min. Cold.
- For topping: Beat pudding into cream cheese. Fold in pineapple. Mix in whipped topping. Spread on cake. Keep refrigerated till served.
