Ingredients

1 pkt Instant chocolate pudding
4 x Large eggs
1/2 c. Oil
1 tsp Cinnamon
3 Tbsp. Rum -=Or possibly=- brandy extract
1 c. Water
1 c. Chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. Cocoa
5 tsp Water
1 Tbsp. Margarine
1 Tbsp. Corn syrup
1 c. Confectioner's sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 . Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased, floured 10" tube pan. Bake 45-50 min. Don't remove from pan till ready to glaze.
Cajun Lb. Cake Glaze: Cook all ingredients except the sugar till the margarine is melted. Add in the sugar and glaze the cake.
