  1. Skin and rinse legs well. Cover with whole lowfat milk in a plastic mixing bowl, chill overnight. Pat dry, season with paprika, onion pwdr, cayenne, black pepper and desired amount of salt.
  2. Add in white pepper, oregano, and rosemary to the flour. Heat shortening in a skillet, saute/fry sliced garlic. Lightly flour the legs and fry till golden brown-brown.
  3. Mashed potatoes, brown gravy, corn on the cob and coleslaw are my favorites with this meal.
  4. Comments: These critters are considered a delicacy around our house. We also have a blast rounding up family and friends for a fun filled night of frog-gigging.
