Ingredients

  • 2 lb Alligator tail cut 1" pcs Alegro Sauce Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste Red pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/2 jar Mustard Garlic pwdr to taste Tabasco sauce to taste Flour Peanut oil

Directions

  1. Marinate alligator in Alegro Sauce 4 to 5 hrs. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Mix mustard, garlic pwdr, and Tabasco sauce. Dip alligator into mustard batter, roll in flour, fry in peanut oil at 375 to 400 degrees till golden brown-brown.
