This is super simple and delicious recipe for Caesar Salad. Just put ingredients into blender and blend until smooth!

  • 1 pkg of romaine hearts
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 2 anchovy fillets ( more for garnish if you like them)
  • 1 garlic clove

Directions

  1. Make dressing in a blender, combine all ingredients except lettuce of course, and blend until smooth.
