Cabbage Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

  • CABBAGE
  • 1 large head of cabbage (2 pounds or so)
  • 1-1/2 pounds ground beef (or ground chicken, turkey or pork)
  • 1/3 cup uncooked regular rice
  • Garlic minced or powder to taste
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1 egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Nature Seasoning
  • 1 to 2 (depending on how saucy u want it)Tomato Sauce
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • On the ingredents I give or took on them.. I go by taste alone lol so If u think u need more of something then by all means add alittle more ;)

Directions

  1. Take and core out cabbage, place the head of cabbage in a microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic microwave till tender.
  2. brown beef, drain, then add remaining ingredents can cook, be sure to save some sauce for over the top of rolls. Take cabbage and peel off and stuff and roll them and place them seam side down, when you get all rolled pour some sauce over top and film & foil it and bake @ 350 * for about 45 mins to a hour.Depending on ur oven Just enough time to heat thru rolls. Then " Plate Up & Enjoy" :)
