Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup finely shredded Cabbage
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Cup Besan | Gram flour (1)
  • 1 Tbsp thick Curd
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • Few coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • Few mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • To Grind
  • 1.5 Cups Channa dal, soaked for about 2 hrs
  • 3-4 no's Green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 no's shallots
