Cabbage Almond Sensation Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 8 Tbsp. Slivered almonds
  • 2 pkt Raman noodles
  • 8 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 4 x Green onions, minced

Directions

  1. Chop cabbage. Brown in oven, almonds and sesame seeds. (Do separate.) Break up noodles. Add in the above together in a salad bowl.
  2. DRESSING: 4 tbsp. sugar 1 teaspoon pepper 2 teaspoon Accent salt 2 teaspoon salt, 6 tbsp. rice vinegar 1/2 c. oil. Mix all ingredients but the oil together.
  3. Dissolve sugar, salt by stirring, or possibly microwave. Then add in oil. Mix together.
  4. When ready to serve, add in dressing to cabbage mix and stir well. (Optional - add in minced chicken or possibly turkey.)
  5. Suggested Wine: Chardonnay
