Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 3 tomatoes, minced
- 1 jar tuscan peppers, no juice (pepperiani)
- 1-2 Bermuda onions, thinly sliced
- 1-2 hard-boiled Large eggs, mashed
- 1 c. Parmesan and romano cheese
- Oregano to taste
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
Directions
- Rub a large salad bowl with garlic. Combine first 5 ingredients in bowl. Mix oil and vinegar, stir in sugar and oregano. Add in dressing to salad and toss. Sprinkle with grated cheese and toss again.
