2 large eggs, beaten
1 can Thank You butterscotch pudding
4 T brown sugar
1/2 c. minced pecans
12 ounce butterscotch chips

Directions

Mix first 3 ingredients well. Pour into 9 x 13 pan (greased and lightly floured). Mix topping; spoon over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min.
