Ingredients

  • lg LOAF:
  • 1 1/2 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 c. Bread flour
  • 1/3 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp Active dry yeast, 1/4 ounce. pkg.

Directions

  1. Load bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on White Bread cycle.
  2. NOTES : One of the best. Wonderful light bread with cruspy crust. Very large loaf.
