Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 425F.
  2. MIX cereal and buttermilk in small bowl; let stand 5 min. Mix flour, sugar, baking pwdr and baking soda in large bowl. Cut in butter till mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in cereal mix just till soft dough forms.
  3. KNEAD dough on lightly floured surface till smooth. Roll to 12x4-inch rectangle. Cut into 4-inch squares; cut each square into 4 triangles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. BAKE 12 to 15 min or possibly till golden brown. Serve hot.
  5. Makes 12.
